Joe’s primary expertise is in strategic planning and development and is a chartered town planner, having worked for a leading national consultancy for a number of years across Wales and the South West.

His understanding of development trends and site selection have enabled him to successfully promote thousands of homes through the planning system along with high profile employment, retail and renewable energy schemes. Joe is the Vice Chair of the Royal Town Planning Institute in Wales and is the Royal Town Planning Institute’s Design Champion for Wales.
